Designs solutions that meet customer needs and beat competition. Develops strong relationships with sales team, internal engineering, and key technical customer contacts and leverages to Zebra's advantage; creates and delivers high impact solution presentations.ResponsibilitiesDemonstration Assistance: Assist senior sales engineers or the sales team in preparing and conducting technical demonstrations of products or solutions.Materials Preparation: Create and maintain presentation materials, technical specifications, and proposals for potential customers.Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries about products, technical specifications, and applications, providing answers based on available information.Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting customer requirements to tailor solutions to their specific needs.Initial Technical Consulting: Provide basic technical advice to help customers understand how solutions can solve their problems or improve their processes.Application Analysis: Conduct preliminary analysis of customer applications to identify how products or solutions can be applied.Sales Process Support: Collaborate with the sales team to track sales opportunities, preparing reports and updates on the status of opportunities.Proposal Support: Assist in writing and presenting proposals and quotes, ensuring they include necessary technical information.Training And Development: Participate in training and coaching sessions to gain greater technical and commercial knowledge of products and the market.Skills Development: Work to develop technical and commercial skills under the supervision of more experienced sales engineers.Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, product development, and support, to obtain necessary information and resolve technical issues
