Dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLEWe offer you an exciting position working as Sales Engineer for Automotive Electronics, where you will be responsible for identifying and driving sales opportunities for Electronic Components at Tier I and II automotive suppliers and emerging OEMs.Effectively manage key accounts with focus on providing technical sales support and saturating business potential within account. You will work cross-functional as the lead for project management, from first design discussion, prototyping, approval, production scale-up phase and first sales. Daily close collaboration with design engineers for Electronic Components.Executes sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in line with strategic priorities. Coordinates execution of customer roadmap and ensures closure of CRM (e.G. ACE) projects.Actively manages implementation of price strategy in the region.Builds and maintains solid relationships with customers in the assigned territory.Drives implementation of key strategic initiatives in sales area.Delivers sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and / or GP% targets) in sales area. Leads, coaches and mentors sales team members and ensures their respective education and development.Ensures efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential (sales and profit).YOUR SKILLSBachelor's degree in science, Engineering or Management in a technical or business discipline.You have a background in the automotive business, ideally 3+ years relevant job experience, and / or you have a background in electronic components.Proven track record in execution of projects, effectively managing simultaneous workstreams and a variety of stakeholders.You have good understanding of the OEM's development process and related tools.Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on mentality. Experience in working effectively in cross-functional and international teams.Up-to-date computer skills including: strong literacy in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
