**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Management_
- Sales proposal_
- Prepare and send sales proposals (quotes) using pre-defined and approved information, according to the needs of sellers and/or customers, follow up on them, through telephone or online contact with customers looking for guarantee that the sale is made and for the approved proposals, request the creation of sales orders, confirm orders with the proposals, request order invoicing, and follow up until invoicing, seeking to guarantee that the information is in accordance with what was requested and approved, seeking to achieve the sales goal.
- Market_
- Promote products in the market, through contact with new customers and end users of the solutions, participation in specialized fairs, make presentations to customers, identify new business opportunities, analyzing the situation of the market, according to strategic sales decisions and business needs.
- CRM update_
- Update CRM and pipeline with activities and opportunities continuously, seeking to maintain information on sales in real time, so that it can serve as a database for the extraction of KPIs (Main Performance Indicators).
