Your Job We are looking for a sales engineer that will be attending focus accounts and also will map a hybrid market (Home appliance, automotive, industrial) in Mexico. Will have responsibility to create value with the customers following the company values, working to always achieve long term relationships while growing a territory sales revenue.

What You Will Do Strategize product selling basing on decision makers, Create value for customers and for the company
Apply Opportunity cost on each business decision, Travel to see customer that are not local
Create Relationships with our internal Molex customers, Find new business opportunities
Map a territory, Run revenue reports and analyze data
6 Make sure all revenue is applying to your territory Solve customers issues
Follow up current and future projects, Negotiation to close projects
Create Marketing Initiatives to reinforce current relationships
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Preferable a person that knows about the HOME APPLIANCE MARKET Preferable a MECHATRONICS, ELECTRONIC or INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER Knows about a TIER1, TIER2 business Need someone who can easily learn our products, architecture. Self-actualization. Proactive to seek customers and visit them constantly Have an idea of Strategy, report interpretation. Emphatic with customers Multitasking. Being able to cover multiple follow up projects.
