We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and help drive our growth in the industrial B2B market.**Job Description**:As a Sales Engineer at EDDY Pump Corporation, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our advanced dredging and pumping equipment to industrial B2B clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing technical expertise, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex technical information will be key to your success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential B2B clients in various industrial sectors, including mining, oil & gas, wastewater, and manufacturing.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.Present and demonstrate the technical features and benefits of EDDY Pump products to clients, both in-person and through virtual meetings.Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and requirements.Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products to identify new business opportunities.Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market demands.Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote EDDY Pump products and expand the client base.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful sales in the industrial B2B market.Excellent understanding of industrial equipment and machinery, particularly in the dredging and pumping sectors.Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the dredging, mining, or oil & gas industries.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
