**Key Responsibilities**Technical Sales Engineering Support:Responsible for the support of the sales teams in the promotion and positioning of products from a technical standpoint.Responsible to make joint sales calls as well as make product and solution presentations.Responsible for coordination of other technical resources whether internal or external.Training:Responsible to create training modules for training and education of the inside and outside sales staff.Must maintain self-education regiment to stay abreast of changing and new technology.Product Recommendations:Responsible for the evaluation and recommendation of new products that will provide P&T strong profitability.Coordinates with Purchasing and Product Management to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained on key switching, transport, access and associated apparatus.Skills NeededAttentive to Detail, Communication Skills, Customer/Employee Relations Skills, Delegation Skills, Diplomacy in Difficult Situations, Flexible to Change, General Computer Skills, Management Skills, Mathematical Skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Motivation Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Strong Negotiation Skills, Strong Leadership Abilities, Strong Organization Skills.Minimum Educational RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (or similar profession) is preferred, but not required, or equivalent in experience.Experience RequiredNOTE: The purpose of this outline job description is to focus attention on the most important aspects of the job.
