This role will focus on: Watson Marlow is an industry-leading technology organization dedicated to engineering fluid management solutions for the life science and process industries. Role Summary Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of proactive sales activities in Bajio, and South of Mexico to achieve the established growth focused on specific segments and accounts.
To be successful as a sales engineer, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Searching and developing new accounts in Bajio, and South of Mexico.Improve relationship with current customers.Preparing technical presentations to explain our company's products to customers.Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials.Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.Travel as required by business conditions.Assures 100% adherence of all plans to compliance guidelines.To be successful in this role, you will need: Advanced student in chemical, mechanical or electronic engineering.Team oriented, well organized and detail oriented.Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely manner.Exceptional oral and written communication skills required to communicate with internal and external resources.Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Teams.Functional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed.As a growing and ambitious organization with a presence in over 60 global locations and across multiple markets, we can offer you the working environment and support needed to be successful.
