Working closely with the regional Market Manager of the Americas you will be responsible to maintain and grow our current business and profitability in the automotive and container business.Bekaert is the industry leader in metal fiber têxtile products focused on innovative solutions in the automotive and container glass, and aerospace industries. We have a solutions driven business that works closely with our customers to support the market needs.A hybrid office work arrangement will be ideal to maintain contact with the BTME team and resources. Frequent travel will be necessary to meet the customers, develop new contacts, monitor competitive threats, and to foster valuable customer relations.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Sales & market intelligence in the region for Heat Resistant Textiles.- Achieve sales, profitability targets, and must win battles.- Account management: Regular meetings with decision-makers and stakeholders for the purpose of providing solutions, expanding sales and improving service.- Provide quarterly business reports for each major customer.- Organize slide decks for in-person or Teams meetings with each account to include goals, projects, etc.- Prepare and present an annual and semi-annual tactical plan in your region to global segment and commercial director.- Embrace the role of consultant and troubleshooter with the accounts. Help improve overall performance and maximize value.- Manage a local warehouse in Mexico and monitor inventory levels as agreed on with customers.- Make sure invoicing is accurate and take ownership for accounts payable for each account.- Publish visit reports, monthly business summaries, and forecasting updates.- Follow projects and maintain close collaboration with the R&D and Application Manager
