Under minimum supervision, support the sale and servicing of Mitsubishi Electric Industrial Automation products in assigned territory: North Area of Mexico (Tijuana, Juarez, Mexicali, Chihuahua). Travel assigned territory, as needed to call on key and target customers seeking new projects, developing & maintaining long term relationships. Direct the efforts of local distributors, integrators and resellers to meet MEAU's short & long term goals.
- Identify new customer opportunities and determine needed resources to close new business and generate additional revenue for MEAU.
- Plan and lead joint sales calls to direct accounts and Channel Partners, seeking new orders and maintaining customer relations.
- Attain monthly and yearly sales goals established by management.
- Prepare documents and report activities in CRM timely.
- Represent Mitsubishi in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner with customers.
- Successfully build relationships (internal and external) with customers to achieve assigned sales and corporate goals for Mitsubishi Electric Automation.
- In coordination with Region Sales Manager, Inside Sales and Other MEAU members, SE will:
- Forecast and attain the goals by region creating an aggressive Distributor Sales Plans (DSP) with channel partners/distributors.
- Target a minimum baseline sales growth of 15%-20% year over year through distribution (organic growth outside of strategic/project sales)
- Help distributors increase top line sales and return on investment by promoting value with MEAU Products and Solutions.
- Participate Distributor Scorecard and DSP quarterly reviews as directed by management.
- Conduct partner sales training as required in assigned territory.

- Travel primarily within Country of Mexico, Mainly in Northwest cities such as Ciudad Juarez, Tijuana, Hermosillo and Chihuahua
**Essential Education, Skills and Experience**
- B.S. Degree in Mechatronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/ equivalent
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, bi-lingual in English & Spanish required
- Organization skills to manage schedule and travel in territory
- Computer proficiency - knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Required Experience
- 4 year Engineering Degree (BSEE, BSME) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years Application Solution Sales Experience at End User, and OEM customers
