.Sales Engineer ManagerPOSITION DETAILS:LOCATION: LATAM / RemoteDEPARTMENT: Sales EngineeringREPORTS TO: Director, Sales EngineeringPOSITION SUMMARY:Broadvoice is looking for a Sales Engineer Manager to join our growing team in Mexico. In this dynamic role, you will support our national growth by strengthening our Sales Engineering team.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:Pre-sales for the Contact Center areaRequirement gathering with customersPreparation of responses to RFI'sPreparation of responses to RFQ'sPreparation of responses to Public TendersTechnical Presentation of the Contact Center SolutionIdentification of new features to be developed within the scope of Contact Center solutionsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:Higher qualification in engineering or a similar field; experience in operations in Contact Centers (elimination factor)Pre-sales experience of voice and Contact Center software solutions (preferred factor)Previous experience in Team Management (mandatory requirement)Contact and knowledge of Windows and operating systemsKnowledge of databasesVoice knowledge about IPKnowledge of networks and IP ProtocolsKnowledge of scripting toolsExperience in coordination or project management in the sector is valued (preferred factor)Fluency in EnglishAvailability to travelABOUT BROADVOICE:Broadvoice is more than just a leading cloud communications company; we're the architects ofglobal connections.
