WHAT YOU WILL DO:Act as the technical resource to sales teams, including creating and delivering presentations, demonstrations, and Proofs of ConceptManage the technical relationship with customers before and during the sales cycle. Continue managing the technical relationship in partnership with the Customer Success Team after the sale is complete/wonKeep the Product Development Team up to date with customer feedback and requestsAdvise sales teams, development teams, and leadership on technical matters/questionsWHAT YOU WILL NEED:At least10 years of technical pre-sales experience, primarily cybersecurityBachelor's degree *or* equivalent experienceExperience with the cybersecurity landscape (knowledge of common tools used, common terminology such as red team, pen testing, etc.)Experience working with a sales team as part of sales cyclesFamiliarity with common sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, teams, etc.Fluency in English and Spanish, working in a multicultural environmentWHAT WILL SET YOU APART:Hands-on experience with pen-testing, SIEM, and/or other cybersecurity toolsKnowledge in the fields of red team testing, Breach and Attack Simulation, or similar operationsCISSP, OSCP, CEH and similar certifications are highly desiredKnowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux technologiesKnowledge of firewalls, web app firewalls, email systems (Office365, Gmail, etc.), and other networking and infrastructure toolsKnowledge of cloud architectures such as AWS and/or Azure solutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
