Join our team at Alleima Tube Americas (MEXICO CITY) and help us shape the future of materials technology!The Sales Engineer will drive business growth and advance Alleima's market position through value-based selling, developing Alleima Tube Americas, Primary and Complementary Products business to profitably grow market share with key distributors, OEM's, and end users in MEXICO and the Latin American region. This position also interacts with the business development, product management, and technical marketing teams in the NAFTA and South America region. Collaborates with other Alleima units globally to develop customers, new applications, and share industry and technology information.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Mexico and the Latin America region.Identify and qualify leads for opportunities through proactive prospecting and market analysis for specific industries (e.G. Downstream Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, Industrial, Renewables, Mining) and its product portfolio (Application Tubing and Long Products).Collaborate with the sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet and/or exceed their needs.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase Alleima's value propositions of products and services.Prepare and present sales offers, contracts, and long-term agreements with support from the inside sales team, technical team, and sales management to secure long-lasting business and partnerships aligned to customer needs.Track and report sales revenue development monthly for assigned accounts.Travel within the region to meet customers, attend conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings, as well as globally to attend internal team meetings. Travel Required: 50%.Required CompetencesStrong strategy and business planning skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills.Team player with the ability to take own initiative.Experience10 years of experience in account management and/or business development with solid work history.EducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
