The role The objective of this role is to control and supervise the entire forecasting and pipeline process for the region, working closely with the leaders of each country and their respective sales teams.
Responsibilities: Monitor the business, handle the sales pipeline, forecast and track the results achieved by the federation, country and sellers.Provide the leadership team with financial reports and sales results analysis, helping Fed321 make data-driven decisions.Support the creation and monitoring of sales performance indicators (critical metrics) to ensure sales team results.Assist other areas with relevant business information.Develop and continually improve sales operations tools (CRM, BI and PowerBI).Support the definition and description of the standard methodology sales operating model (process) and define, develop and implement "new ways of working".Support and own the business development team in the construction of the Account Plan.Support the annual budget process.Analyze, calculate and consolidate compliance and bonus payment of the sales team every month and quarter, as well as send the communication to each seller. What we need to see from you: Excellent in keeping overview and structuring.Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Very much "hands-on" demeanour.Credible, clear, ethical and operate with high integrity.A pro-active advocate of diversity and inclusion.Excellent PowerPoint, Excel skills and PowerBi.Ability to work with CRM-systems.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in English.Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field / finance background.3+ years in (sales) operations or experience in financial areas, including responsibility for forecasting, reporting and sales tool and process improvement experience in a local environment.Must act as a change agent in the business.
