Griffith Foods is a global manufacturer of food products. We provide a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world. Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of applications from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. Our customers include food processors, restaurant operators, and grocery retailers. While our name may not be familiar to consumers, our products are key components of foods offered by many of the world's best-known companies.

Summary:

- The purpose of this position is to retain, acquire,
penetrate and innovate with food service distributors according to the brand strategy.
- Execute monthly distributor visit plan to increase sales and build strong relationships with distributors through:

1. Monthly business review.
2. Visiting purchasing department to review forecast and purchase orders.
3. Reviewing and negotiating Accounts Payables.
4. Promoting product penetration and new product innovation.
5. Promoting key attributes and benefits of our product portfolio with distributor's sales representatives.
6. Conducting sales market visits with distributors.
7. Acquisition of new distributors.
8. Regularly updating sales scorecards to ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.
9. Communicating and updating product price increases and ensuring execution.
10. Executing and aligning to brand plan with distributors, showcases, and activities.

Knowledge and Experience:

- Education in Administration, Business, Marketing, or Culinary Arts is required.
- 6+ years of proven experience in foodservice sales and managing distributors.
- Previous employment at food companies such as La Pocima, Zaachila,
Ventura Foods, Sigma Foodservice, or Nestle Professional.
- Proficiency in numerical skills and advanced Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and reports.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- English is a plus.
