**_We are looking for a new member for Sales Executive / Customer Service for OEM's Business._**
**The objective of the Position**
Being the main sales point of contact between Automotive OEM's clients and the company.
Giving support to the clients and covering the client's requirements with the support of other company areas in order to develop the OEM's business and achieve the sales targets
**Main Responsibilities**
a)Prospecting new OEM's clients.
b)Making business proposals, closing negotiations, and developing new projects with the support of the General Manager and Sales Manager.
c)Follow the activities up to develop new projects and launching new businesses.
d)Customer Service: Constantly being in contact with OEM's clients (remote or face-to-face) in order to give support to them and solve issues of the daily business operation (deliveries, demand forecast, price adjustments, etc.).
e)Identifying and closing business opportunities with potential OEM's clients, as well as finding opportunities to increase the sales with the current clients offering to them different products of our portfolio, in accordance with guidelines, goals, and plans of commercial area.
f)Taking care of the invoicing process and the payment performance of OEM's clients to EMEX.
g)Preparing the periodic reports required by the commercial area.
h)Taking care of the profit of this business.

**Requirements**:
**Formal education**: At least completed degree in industrial, mechanical, or chemical engineering, business degree or related.
**Experience**: At least 2 years of proven experience in commercial areas.
**Other Knowledge**:Desirable knowledge of lubricants, the automotive industry, CRM, and basic knowledge in production, logistics, and quality management.
**Software**: Advanced use of Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**Languages**: Advanced English (business level).
