Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Sales Presentations: Present our services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner. Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Client Follow-up: Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing any concerns. Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure clients receive the best possible service. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. High social intelligence with the ability to navigate different social situations effectively. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment. Goal-oriented with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated success in sales management. Familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to engage in technical sales discussions. Proficiency in cold calling techniques. Experience in sales management is advantageous. Fluency in both Spanish and English for interacting with English and Spanish-speaking clients. Personal Attributes: Social Intelligence Energetic Empathetic Pay: $14,300.00 MXN per month
