Grow assigned territory at or in excess of agreed upon budget level. Optimize sales based on products with high margin and acceptance in the Mexican market.LOCATION: Guadalajara, México or CDMX, Mexico (Expected 50% level of travel on this location)RESPONSIBILITIES:Increase assigned territory profit and sales by agreed upon annual target.Manage time effectively to ensure that all potential customers are served with adequate efficiency.Achieve a high level of sales efficiencies by continually identifying and exploiting profitable sales opportunities. Continually generate and bring new business.Develop and maintain strong work relationships with customers in assigned territory.Achieve and maintain a high level of responsiveness and follow-up to customer needs via phone and web.Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge by reading and studying product data sheets.Participate in developing goals and short-term targets to increase sales volume with each customer and in developing and implementing sales strategies to accomplish them profitably.Provide written visit reports and monthly expenses reports.Maintain a strong working relationship with Principals.Organize joint customer calls with suppliers including travel as necessary.Keep and maintain an enriched opportunity pipeline.Participate in sales meetings, all hands company meetings, trainings, and exhibitions.QUALIFICATIONS:College degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.5+ years previous experience in the Personal Care market in México (experience in a distribution company is a plus).Good knowledge of products and applications in the industry.Fast learner.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Good analytical capabilities.
