**Role & Responsibilities**
- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
- Create detailed plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Illustrate the value of products
- Prepare and present quotes
- Report and record all sales data and activities in a CRM system
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by organizing regular meetings, understanding their needs, and anticipating them in advance
- Track outbound shipments to prevent delivery delays and inform customers when they could not be prevented
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer loyalty, the company's reputation, and ensure excellent customer service
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Participate in office activities, staff meetings and training as required
**Requirements**:
The following requirements must be met to be considered for this position:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proven experience as an Account Executive
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn new systems
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiation principles (such as ability to build a sales network, relationships, and negotiate)
- Organizational and time-management skills (such as ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities)
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Ability to work 44 hours per week with potential overtime
- Education in Sales and Marketing considered an asset
**Salary**
$12,000 to $14,000 pesos per month (net) paid weekly
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,220.00 per week
