Specific Job Summary Sales Executive duties include meeting, touring, and involving prospective guests/owners while on property and presenting them with an opportunity to purchase while on presentation, to become an owner of the finest vacation experience or enhance owners' portfolios with new purchases. Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the Company standards of integrity, quality, and service to customers.
Specific Expected Contributions Prepares each day to meet guest/owners as a professional sales representative through proper dress code and grooming. Adheres to standard work hours 7am – 4pm. Greets each guest/owner in a warm and friendly manner as specified during the initial meeting. Uses approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively. Achieves individual established performance guidelines within established time frames. Contributes to achieving overall site VPG, closing percentage at budget levels, as set by management. Provides customer service to guest/owners as specified in training and direction of management. Maintains the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions face to face and online training. Adheres to all established policies and procedures, and position requirements for licensures, certifications, etc. Discusses terms and conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers after reviewing strategy with management. Effectively gains commitment from guest/owners to purchase. Completes demo and assessment rides on a regular basis with team leaders & sales managers for the purpose of providing effective coaching and motivation to improve. Models and reinforces effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Participates in staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars and training as required. Specific Candidate Profile High school diploma or GED or higher preferable. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Sales/Marketing or tourism career background preferred. Proficiency in computers – software knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are a requirement. Exceptional customer service orientation and positive disposition, excellent verbal/written skills and work standards, multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attention to detail, thriving on ambiguity, openness to differences, and excellent organizational skills. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs. Stairs are a part of the building structure; therefore, climbing stairs is mandatory. Processing of paperwork requires visual observations. Verbal communication is necessary for negotiating plans for projects.
