**Job Overview**We are seeking a highly motivated **Sales Representative** to drive inside sales revenue by acquiring and upselling orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall buying experience.**Key Responsibilities**:- Sales Management: Directing the sales process from initial outreach to deal closure, working closely with operations, quality, and other departments.- Order Management: Managing order entry, overall order processing, and production reporting within internal systems.- Customer Support: Supporting customers with questions or concerns throughout the sales process, including before, during, and after their purchases.**Additional Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with outside sales teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.- Drive order growth by recommending complementary items and analyzing customer purchase history.- Identifies opportunities and ways for continuous process improvements.- Prepare and follow up on both verbal and written quotes to secure orders and analyze reasons for any lost sales.- Review open customer order reports and take action on items at risk of missing their promised delivery dates.- Manage the backorder report for the distribution system, along with related customer expediting reports and notifications.**Job Requirements**:**Experience**:- 5-8 years of experience in inside sales and sales administration is preferred.**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.**Language**:- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with verbal and written communication skills in both languages.**SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS**:- Experience with injection molding components and consumer products is preferred.- Essential skills include strong negotiation, presentation, and verbal and written communication abilities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.- Ability to demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a realistic understanding of issues.- Teamwork skills are essential.- Attention to detail is required.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with basic computer skills for data entry, information organization, using basic formulas, and creating spreadsheets.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $28,400.00 - $42,400.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinidoPago complementario:- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasEscolaridad:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Experiência:- Ventas: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
