We are Jules and our client is looking for a Sales Representative!This position is open for people residing in LATIN AMERICA**About The PositionOur client, an US ecommerce retailer of health, wellness, and beauty equipment, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in over-the-phone and email-based B2B sales and a keen interest in the health/wellness/beauty industry. The successful candidate will close warm inbound leads, execute project management tasks, and drive sales growth through effective client engagement and product knowledge.ResponsibilitiesEffectively handle warm inbound leads to convert inquiries into sales.Understand and manage customer expectations and needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Quickly learn and maintain knowledge of 50-100 products in the client's product catalog.Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project management and execution.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3 years in over-the-phone and email-based B2B sales with US customers in English, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the health/wellness/beauty industries is highly preferred.Communication Skills: Must have a neutral English accent with conversational fluency to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Must have high emotional intelligence and the ability to read and respond appropriately to customers' verbal cues over the phone.Skills: Proactive and strong work ethic with fully formed sales skills.
