Sales Executive

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.- Establish relationships and secure contracts with new customers that lead to achieving assigned sales quotas and targets.- Consult with the prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.- Work with technical staff, product specialists, and delivery teams to address customer requirements.- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted sales.
**Required Qualifications**:- Fluent in English and Spanish- Strong written and oral communication skills- Ability to build strong relationships with customers- Ability to work across organizations and meet with stakeholders within accounts- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task- Has proven track record of most significant achievement**Preferred Qualifications**:- 2 years of experience in enterprise software sales- Experience in technical sales (solution selling) to the automotive and auto-parts industry
