Sales Executive

Stem Fuels is a Trading/Brokering/Distribution house dedicated to supply ship owners with marine supply, fuels and lubricants.
Our customers are our first priority and our team strive to be available for them anytime needed

**Objectives**
- Represent the company in a professional manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
- Meet or surpass sales quota expectations
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues

**Responsibilities**
- Bring prospects to evaluate needs and promote products
- Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products
- Build lasting partnerships with clients by identifying opportunities and responding with a sense of urgency
- Collaborate with internal teams for promotional events and customer service

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Strong business acumen and sense of ethics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Development preferred.
- Prior field sales experience required.
- Experience in lubricant and fuel sales are a plus.
We offer base salary + commissions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 per month
