Your primary responsibility will be identifying companies experiencing challenges with their supply chain transportation network and presenting TRAFFIX' suite of services and expertise as an optimal solution. You will be the primary point of contact for potential TRAFFIX customers and will play a crucial role in closing new business.You will be the liaison between TRAFFIX and the clients in your care. Your top responsibility will be to build a strong, professional relationship with your clients. To do this, you will listen to their needs and assess the challenges they have. In coordination with the Operations team, you will design unique solutions using TRAFFIX wide range of transportation services to provide the client with value, while making their jobs easier.You will be the frontline contact for the customer and their best friend at TRAFFIX! When a problem arises, or we do not meet expectations, you will work with the client and your team to correct the issue, provide prompt and truthful communication to the customer, and follow up to identify how TRAFFIX can make up for the service failure.What does a day in the life of Sales Executive look like?A day in the life of a TRAFFIX Sales Executive could include some or all of the following:Prospecting for companies that ship freight within North America (Mexico-USA and Canada)Bring current customer portfolios to TRAFFIXResearching companies/contacts in preparation for initial callCold calling and/or cold emailing prospects to initiate conversationsIdentifying business opportunities within new and current customersBuilding and maintaining customer relationshipsMonitoring trends and changes in customer purchase behaviour and following up to determine the root causeCollaborating with TRAFFIX experts to set up discovery calls and in-person meetings with prospective and existing customersLead your team in generating pricing strategies that fit the client's budget while supporting the success of the Mexico's branchBe accountable to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsExcellent negotiation and communication skills in Spanish & EnglishBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsMeet TRAFFIX Sales KPI Goals per monthProspecting minimum 10 potential customers per weekNew Customers: 2 per month minimumSupport AP for all collection needs requiredIdentify opportunities for sales growth and developmentAssist customers with inquiries and information requests and, as necessary, manage service failures and client responsesSupport collections with our Billing Relations teamBring to TRAFFIX reliable carriers to help to build the businessWho are you?After working for at least four (5) years with a 3PL and/or Forwarding in a sales role (Mandatory), you have become an expert at bypassing gatekeepers, identifying decision makers, and closing business! You are a self-starter, able to work independently, and are incentive driven. Hunting for new business fuels your passion for sales. Cultivating lasting customer relationships plays on your strengths including being able to efficiently handle client challenges and use emotional intelligence to guide your interactions.You are a problem solver – when a client presents you with a challenge you don't get stumped; instead, the wheels in your mind start turning to generate solutions! You are excited about collaborating with the TRAFFIX team of experts to curate solutions that will optimize your client's transportation network while achieving sales success for TRAFFIX.You are an excellent communicator and are comfortable speaking with prospects working in the warehouse of medium sized companies up to C-Suite executives.You must be perceived as an Active New Customer Seeker with an Active Portfolios of customers.You hold a Bachelor's degree and have a proficiency English level (at least Business).Finally, complacency drives you crazy!
