**Requirements**:
- Advanced English (grammar, writing, reading comprehension skills and effective response)
- 1 year of experience in sales
**Functions**:
- Create and manage a strong sales fluency of qualified leads that were obtained from direct prospecting, customer inquiries, or leads that come through marketing campaigns or other means.
- Participate in pre-sale consultation meetings to capture customer needs and vision.
- Create technical and commercial proposals based on customer specifications.
- Manage the negotiation of contracts with clients, in contact with the legal department of the company.
- Carry out system training for new customers, supporting them both with hardware recommendations and clearly explaining the flow and functions offered by the system.
- Attend meetings and design reviews, perform as an expert on solutions/issues for WMS software.
- Maintain industry trends, customer expectations, and competition.
