Sales- Facility Manager

Esta posición garantiza las operaciones seguras, eficientes y efectivas en nuestras instalaciones. Proporciona gestión directa de los empleados de las instalaciones y son responsables de fomentar un ambiente de equipo a través de una comunicación eficaz y adecuada. Son responsables de mantener todos los estándares de acuerdo con los níveles de seguridad, calidad, inventario y productividad, además de brindar liderazgo para cumplir con las metas y objetivos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**

Develop business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability

Implement facility market plan based on market conditions, facility mission, and financial/budget objectives

Oversee facility's blend management and production planning efforts

Conduct research and analyze financial and market metrics as needed

Perform credit investigations and analysis on new and existing accounts

Work with outside vendors to identify and place orders for new product purchases per established policy

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Meet facility goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store employees

Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations

Maintain facility inventory levels and conduct physical inventory reviews on a regular basis

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security

Maintain outstanding facility condition and visual merchandising standards

Provide accurate and timely reporting as required

Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action

Determine staffing needs, recruit and onboard new staff, and manage facility work schedules

Create schedules and monitor staffing

Assist with daily bank deposits

Assist in providing necessary input for development of annual budget

Respond to and resolve any customer and/or employee complaints

Support Sales Reps in developing and targeting new business

QUALIFICATIONS

Formación: Ingeniería o Licenciatura concluida.

Experiência: 3 años en posición similar.

Inglés conversacional.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en Tepotzotlán, Edo. Mex.

Competencias:
Enfoque a resultados, alto nível de comunicación y negociación, resolución de conflictos. Apego a normas y procedimientos.
