Responsibilities The Opportunity The HBU (Hispanic Business Unit) Sales Finance Sr Analyst is the key Finance contact that will provide overall leadership for assessing and developing Customer Contracts, Forecasting/AOP, Trade management, Brand support and ad-hoc analyses for these new and established brands. This is also an opportunity to gain critical experience working within several Go-To-Market selling systems (AFH, Warehouse).
Your Impact As Sales Financial Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
Functional Responsibilities Act As Owners: Act as owner of HBU Topline supporting team via reporting and analysis of Periodic Close and Forecast Support Commercial Finance in developing customer targets, both on an annual and seasonalized forecast to better manage the various customers and their targets Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Growth Office, etc.) to deliver Quaker strategies and hit key Ticket, trade, and Net targets for your portfolio of brands Analyze business trends including promotion performance, price hedge, inventory on-hand, ship / scan ratios and work cross functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Sales Strategy and Demand Planning to manage QFS P&L expectations and collaborate on solutions Voice Opinions Fearlessly, Be Consumer-Centric: Provide Strategic support for the Portfolio team (Sales, Supply Chain, Strategy, Brand and Innovation) Work closely with the Pricing Team to establish pricing strategy and guidelines for brands Focus & Get Things Done Fast: Perform period operating reviews (POR's) incorporating assessment of volume drivers, key insights, and actionable recommendations Support delivery of accurate quarterly/period/weekly brand reports Raise the Bar on Talent & Diversity: Support team initiatives, team process improvements, and change initiatives such as GBS and PGT Provide coaching to sales team to enhance their financial skill sets and build partnering relationships that ensure both functions are working together to enhance team performance People Responsibilities Coach and on- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
