Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst I

Essential Functions Create, refresh, maintain, and improve Excel and CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) reports to ensure appropriate data is delivered to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.Prepare and update presentations.Assist with data analysis and report interpretation.Create and maintain detailed instructions on process flows and reports usage.Perform quality control edits on all documents/reports before issue to internal customers.Recommend new training programs to improve internal processes and Salesforce usage.Follow-up with internal stakeholders to confirm the quality of the data provided by their department.Work with internal customers to gather requirements for new tasks.Recommend and implement further enhancements or capabilities for existing reports.Move studies throughout their lifecycle stages in CRM (Salesforce). Ensure that the product values are properly captured at every stage.Perform quality checks on the data included in the financial month end report.Skills Required 2 years of work experience in a business environment (or equivalent).BA or BS in Business or Finance (or equivalent experience).English language advanced (both written and spoken – Global report).Excel Advanced and experience using PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Ability to analyze data and problem solve.Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills.An understanding of Salesforce, Power BI, and Power Automate will be considered an advantage.Note: CV/Resume must be submitted in English.
