Responsibilities: Reporting and Insights: oGenerate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management.
oSupport the design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards using tools like Tableau/PowerBI.
Data Analysis: oCollect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities.
oExamine current crediting process and help streamline number of resources and automation of the process.Support implementing the GDM model.
Sales Analytics: oUtilize historical data and other factors to develop accurate analytics forecasts and projections.
oAnalysis of Salesforce pipeline & historic sales performance to support annual/quarterly quota planning exercises.
Performance Tracking: oMonitor and track sales performance against targets and objectives.
oIdentify areas of improvement and work with sales teams to develop action plans to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
Collaboration and Communication: oWork closely with sales teams, finance, and other departments to foster collaboration and alignment.
oCommunicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, providing guidance and support to enable data-driven decision-making.
Continuous Learning: oStay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices in sales analysis.
oSeek opportunities for professional development and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
Requirements:MUST HAVE: oBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
o2+ years of experience in an analytics role.
o1+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
WE VALUE: •Familiarity with data analysis techniques and statistical concepts.
•Experience with working with SAP Commissions/SAP Territory & Quota with a focus on IT backend & API functionality.
•Familiarity with Analytics ETL Tool - Alteryx •Curiosity and eagerness to stay updated with emerging data visualization trends and tools.
•Skills in data manipulation, transformation, and analysis using SQL, Python, or R. •Good communication and presentation skills to convey information effectively to team members.
