Management of the most relevant accounts in the area. Seeking their growth and retention through the development of short, medium and long-term strategies. Always ensuring that the business relationship is cared for, valued and safe for both parties.
**Essential Duties**:
Analysis of account information.
- Review of the transactional behavior (billing, chargebacks, service levels, etc.) of the account constantly.
- Identify unusual activities according to account behavior.
- Identify account growth opportunities and develop strategies.
- In-depth understanding of the needs of the portfolio in order to offer personalized solutions.
Business relationship
- Close communication with the portfolio in charge.
- Internal management with different areas to meet any need or requirement.
- Monthly presentation with clients: Billing summary, main issuers, bins, % approval, areas of opportunity, incidents during the month, solutions, etc.
- Main communication figure on the EVO side with the account

- Billing Volume: Measurement of new billing volume generated by the account during a calendar year versus the last year.

- Net revenue: Measurement of new net profits generated by the account during a calendar year versus the last year.
