We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team.
This is an operational role focused on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes, rather than a direct sales role.

Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Support sales operations by managing and distributing leads efficiently.
Pipeline Maintenance: Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining a clean and organized sales pipeline.
Lead Efficiency: Oversee the efficiency of all sales leads, ensuring high-value leads are prioritized and responded to within one hour of assignment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of leads and maintain accurate smart views based on the team's needs.
Training and Support: Train sales team members on effective pipeline management and lead optimization techniques.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address bottlenecks or roadblocks in the sales pipeline.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key metrics such as lead response time, follow-up rates, touchpoints per lead, and conversion rates.
Proactive Planning: Prepare for potential sales slumps and growth, ensuring the team is always ready to meet challenges.
Requirements What do you bring?
