Sales Lead Specialist

Support Sales Operations with lead management Assist sales team with developing and maintaining a clean sales pipeline Oversee efficiency of all sales leads  Distribution of leads Reassignment of leads when need be Prioritize quality of leads Ensure high value leads are responded to within 1 hr of assignment Creating and maintaining accurate smart views based on need Inspirational attitude and ability to contribute to a motivating environment  Ability to train members of the sales team on how to effectively manage their pipeline and optimize their leads Identify and report on any bottlenecks or roadblocks in regards to sales pipeline Spot and prepare for potential sales slumps and growth  High emphasis on average lead responsive time, percentage of leads followed up with, touchpoints per lead by each associate, lead opportunity conversion rate.
