Eventually, VILT session Development, reports of activities, monitoring sessions and/or participants.SKILLS:- Effective communication.- 3- 4 years of experience as trainer on LineOfBusiness/HR area.- Good management of office suite (Excel, Word, PPT).- Service attitude.- Proactive.- Good interpersonal relationships.- Teamwork.- Work under pressure.- A must would be the knowledge at insurance field & English speaker.- Analytics Skills
