**Empire National is a fast growing logistic company, with headquarters office in USA and operations offices in Monterrey N.L. and eastern europe (Ucraine & Poland). We have 6 years of experience in land, sea and air freight.****Our Expedite Logistics department is currently looking for a person able to fulfill the activities for the Sales & Logistics Coordinator position.****Requirements**:- Previous dispatching experience in the transportation industry is helpful but not required; at least six months experience in a professional or sales environment is required- Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office package- **Must be bilingual in English: B2 level minimum, C1 preferred**:- 20-28 years old preferred- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients & drivers; develops and maintains a network and portfolio of contacts to help identify and source freight and customers- Reviews freight and lanes for appropriateness of rate, clientele and availability for nearby drivers- Communicates with drivers to provide information and instruction for the assigned freight- Manages the scheduling and logistics of drivers, between drivers and the driver managerTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $8,500.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Programa de referidos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de permanencia- Bono de productividadPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 66297, San Pedro Garza García, N.
