Sales Manager Africa (General Manufacturing)

**Summary**:As a Sales Manager, whether it's new business development or account management, you'll be the driving force behind our success.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the general manufacturing and machine shops industry across Africa.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value to their operations.- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting objectives and tracking performance to ensure targets are met.- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product offerings meet the specific needs of the manufacturing industry.- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and after-sales support.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasting, and budgeting to senior management.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus- Background in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, CNC programming and/or CAD/CAM solutions experience is highly valued- Proven sales experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically with machine shops.- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse sales team.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to travel extensively across Africa.- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional African languages is an advantage- Availability to travel up to 70% of the time
