Experience with Tier 1 and OEM sales|Availability to travel according to customer needs.Global company within Manufacturing industry looking for Sales Manager for Mexico (Bajío) regionThe main responsibilities are:Define and implement sales strategies for Tier 1 and OEM customers.Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.Develop business plans to maximize sales and profitability.Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics departments to ensure strategic alignment.Participate in new product development and market launch planningEnsure revenue and profitability targets are met.Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management B2B roles in automotive, plastic, industries.Mandatory experience in Technical Sales, understanding client needs, RFQ, manufacturing process and cross-working with different departments to launch projects successfully.Accountability, Customer Centricity, Negotiation-Influence, Drive.Strong knowledge of market behaviour-trends.Fluent English mandatory, this role reports to the US.Competitive Salary + Company Perk.
