Our sales manager is responsible for the professional oversight of our contact center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership to our sales supervisors, including coaching opportunities, ensuring sales teams successfully reach outlined sales targets. As a sales manager, you will also ensure close alignment with sales leadership and between the teams themselves.Key Responsibilities:Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the contact center.Drive successful completion of assigned sales deliverables and initiatives.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.Motivate and encourage teams to ensure targets are met.Provide necessary coaching for agents and management.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them.
