.Job Details: LOCATION: Mexico CityGENERAL OBJETIVE:- Focus on sell all the fresh production commodities product codes assigned for Mexico market.- Develop new customers on specific markets as Central and South Mexico- Research and provide information about market- Maximize market share- Follow channel strategic priority on sales:- Team Work Balance- Represent Tyson in profesional way before customers / industry meetings and conferences.SPECIFIC OBJETIVES: Strategic:- Develop 2 long term customers every year.- 20-30 weekly loads average first year- 1 time per week report of domestic market commodities prices, news, relevant changes.- Manage 6 customers from North states for a complete understanding of the business.Operational:- Proactive and fast solution maker as nature of the fresh business.- Field Trade visits 2 times per week for prospecting new customers.- Attending existence customers meeting in person to promote relationship.- Attending Industry Expo Domestic and International.- Attending the 2 main weekly meetings, International Team and Mexico Team.- Plants/facilities Visit to understand process.- Team Work Mexico/USA diverse company persons/ departments.JOB FUNTIONS: Business Administration:- Weekly meeting with International Team to share market key information as prices, demand.- Weekly meeting with CSR Tyson Foods follow PO status, customers specific instructions as FO#, credit status, inventory, copy of documents.- Weekly meeting with Mexico Logistic Team for the loads invoice on TMTC, as pick up appointments, deliveries on Mexico back up main customers as detentions, temperatures, deliver on time, follow DA/credit.- Every Monday Deep review of market prices domestic, competence, and customers to make the price matrix.- Prepare the Price Matrix report and send to supervisor every Monday afternoon.- Review Inventory every day on frozen product codes on SAP- Coordinate with the team volume need on fresh from each plant- Quote customers daily- Prepare and share with CSR team the Sales Order Format with all specific info need to enter on SAP- Review every day list of sales orders on SAP to make sure are input on system.- Review weekly main customers open credit status as credit use, due date invoices- Communication with forwarding agencies on USDA inspectionsManage customer needs:- One meeting in person every month for local customers and 2 per year with foreign, take advantage of expo meeting)- Visit the customer facilities to know and understand operation and needs.- Give all the information from product (spec) to make sure avoid issues when receive specially on retail Distribution Centers.- Take care of customers complain about quality at the same time happens, share with other teams like plant manager, FSQA, CSR, Logistic and give feed back to customer.- Review and approve customers complaint about short, damage, quality or non export product same day notice
