Sales Manager Conveyor Belt

On site (Lomas de Chapultepec 1)- Responsibilities- Build up new Conveyor belt business platform in Mexico by developing new relationships, prospecting, networking, sales call generating and by traveling.- Developing long-term customer relationships.- Identify pricing levels and opportunities to win new business.- Provide technical service knowledge and support to customer base.- Develop and execute an annual sales plan that meets or exceeds revenue and margin targets.- Monitor activity levels and revenues from customers to report on performance.- Develop comprehensive marketing reports that include new business opportunities, critical success factors, market expectations, service providers, industry knowledge and competition.- Work with Customer to identify issues and implement correction actions in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.- To follow up the delivery of the Products.- Requirements:- Minimum of 3-5 years of previous conveyor belt maintenance experience.- Experience and knowledge of conveyor belt user side- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills- Superior interpersonal, presentation and communication skills- Previous experience working in a field related to conveyor systems is an asset- Sales Experience in a conveyor belt distributor.- Skills:- Presentation/communication skills, ability to effectively communicate- Availability for business trip- Ability to work under stress and independently- Self-starter with strong communication skills and desire to grow- Benefits- Gross Salary about $50,000mxn monthly
