**What you will do**:
Under the supervision of the DX LATAM Sales Director & GM, develop, implement and executes channel growth strategies.
Develops and implements a sales strategy focused on increasing our share of wallet to allow our DX products to have a #1 or #2 position within each channel partner.
**How you will do it**:
- Drives the execution of local market product distribution action plans and ensures optimal market coverage, penetration and share growth by leveraging multiple channels to market.
- Drives revenue growth, margin expansion and achievement of our financial goals and commitments.
- Hires, retains, performance manages, and plans for career development of direct reports.
Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports.
Creates and implements a succession plan with regular and ongoing performance management.
- Improves on employee engagement, ensuring that all employees participate in the survey and all managers/ supervisors develop and implement improvement plans.
- Improves on workforce and supplier diversity and achieves assigned targets.
- Acts and manages the business with honesty and integrity, following the highest ethical standards; complies with all local, state and Federal regulations.
- Leads and fosters a safe working environment with goals of zero lost time and zero recordable incidents.
Ensures everyone in the business participates in the safety effort.
**What we look for**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence decision makers
- Available to travel at least 30% of time
- IT proficient (Mircrosoft 360 and others)
- Advanced English level, able to read and keep a conversation in English
- Must be based in Monterrey or Mexico City
