We give access to education from the heart of London to the rest of the world.This is a remote role and will be based in Mexico (desirable locations: Mexico City, Estado de Mexico, Puebla, Guadalajara or Monterrey.)For your region working with the Regional Sales Director you will be responsible for the:- Delivery of the adult, junior and group sales targets for Mexico- Contributing significantly to the development and implementation of the Bayswater Education Sales and Marketing plan- Building and enhancing the relationships with regional agent partners to maximise recruitment opportunities- Supporting the regional agents with their enquiries and ensuring prompt responses to new enquiries and bookings.- Training new and existing partners on the Bayswater portfolio and all products.- Working closely with the admissions team to ensure all information is correct with new student bookings and ensuring fast and effective customer service to our partners.**Sales responsibilities**- Help deliver the annual sales plan to achieve the regional Bayswater student recruitment target- Work with other Bayswater team members to ensure effective cross-selling and successful and profitable agent management- Support the development of year-round group programs- Help identify the right centres, pricing structure and programs necessary to develop a successful summer camp business for Bayswater.- Develop sales in Mexico for all Bayswater centres and partners, for all products.- Maintain, grow and strengthen agent relationships- Support the admissions team in preparing documents for agents and registering students if needed
