Why This Role Matters As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a dual role as both a leader and a contributor. You'll lead a small but mighty team of 2 Account Executives, while also carrying your own individual quota and closing your own deals. Your leadership and direct contributions will drive our revenue, ensuring that our team not only meets but exceeds its targets.

Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 2 Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets. Carry your own sales quota and actively manage deals from prospecting to close. Engage directly with customers, supporting both your own and your team's efforts to close deals effectively. Conduct weekly forecast calls to maintain a clear view of the sales pipeline and align the team with upcoming objectives. Hold one-on-one meetings with direct reports to provide personalized support and track individual progress. Deliver comprehensive performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and recognizing achievements to foster professional growth. Ensure high levels of accountability, ensuring that each team member is fully aligned and contributing to the team's sales objectives. Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and product developments. Take initiative in identifying opportunities or gaps within the team or wider company, and proactively develop and implement action plans. KPIs You'll Own Pipeline generation Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Deal Conversion rates Team and individual quota attainment Qualifications Bilingual: Spanish and English. 3+ years experience as a high-achieving Account Executive with a 'hunter' mentality 1+ years experience directly managing AEs, with a track record of coaching and developing top-tier performers. Proficient in various sales methodologies, ready to employ techniques from Sandler to Challenger to MEDDICC. Experience using CRM tools (Hubspot experience will be an advantage) Why PosiTrace?
