Sales Manager

Our company is in the stage of growth and development; therefore, we are looking for an active, purposeful and result-oriented Sales Manager.
Our sales department deals with the sale of services for foreign clients who have applied for a transfer.
Cross-sale / up-sale services will be sold according to the warm sales technique, which we are ready to teach.
The chain of actions looks like this.
- **Main responsibilities**:_
- Search for relevant carriers in the database (warm calls);
- Work with the customer base and with objections, prompt resolution of emerging issues with customers.
- **Primary requirements**:_
- Minimum experience in IT sales from 6 months - we are ready to train;
- Experience in e-hospitality, concierge services, travel, tourism (by phone or using other programs remotely) will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in spoken English and Spanish at Advanced level.
- **Conditions**:_
- Fixed salary per month + bonus for the implementation of the plan up to 30% of the monthly salary (the amount of motivation directly depends on the result of your work);
- We provide work remotely;
- Standard five-day work week 40 hours (with days off on Saturday and Sunday);
- Flexible start of the working day - by agreement with the manager;
- Employment under a freelance contract (services);
