Responsible for exploring the non-standard automation equipment market of the company, developing and establishing customer groups.
- Develop sales plan based on the company's sales goals, and visit and develop new customers according to the plan.
- Coordinate internal technology within the company to provide solutions for customers and communicate business matters.
- Develop sales strategies, sales plans, and sales targets.
- Develop a budget for sales expenses, control sales costs, and increase sales profits.
- Responsible for signing sales contracts, tracking customer payments, fulfilling and managing related tasks, as well as coordinating and handling them.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical or automation related majors are preferred
- Having good communication and coordination skills, as well as certain analytical, judgmental, and negotiation abilities, able to flexibly handle relationships with clients
- Having independent market development capabilities and strong communication skills
- Having sharp observation, analytical and judgment abilities, affinity, and strong communication and coordination skills, possessing teamwork spirit, adept at analyzing and solving problems, and able to independently negotiate with clients

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Automation sales: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
