Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you as a Sales Manager Mexico will be responsible to oversee the development of strategic business plans and programs to support the Reps, Distributors, and end users. This is a field-based position responsible for achieving sales target goals; identifying volume and strategic customers; and developing partnerships. As a Sales Manager, you will analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, develop and execute strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentations while managing the team to achieve results. About the Job Provides commercial direction and regional management for Reps and channels. Executes sales targets for the region and distribution partners along with key selling objectives. Responsible for delivering revenue and market share growth objectives. Generates and executes training programs and specifies the brand with engineering firms and end users. Works closely with PMs and factory teams to drive execution of strategy and tactics to achieve business objectives. Collaborates with the Marketing Manager and Channels to conceive, define, and implement promotional tools and sales tactics to drive growth, including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and distributor agreements. Develops a detailed understanding of local customer requirements for the product line(s) and provides input into future product specifications and product positioning. Provides feedback, information, market intelligence, and recommendations to improve market penetration and order growth. AOP bookings planning. Maintains and updates competitive/geographical product performance analysis. Monitors results using LFBC and BI database and reports performance during monthly and quarterly sales reviews; monthly forecasts, NBOs, performance against goals, plans, and countermeasures for the next month and quarter. Ensures that customers are receiving the best post-sales support by working closely with our technical support team to maximize the post-sales experience. Location: Virtual/Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico. About you: Bachelor's degree (Engineering Preferred). Fluent in English and Spanish
