Ensure that sales activities align with IATF quality standards and optimize the use of the SAP ERP system for managing clients, pricing, and sales forecasting.Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure delivery deadlines and customer specifications are met, driving innovation and competitiveness in the market.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company's goals, aligned with the automotive market requirements and production capabilities.Identify and develop new business opportunities in both national and international markets, focusing on the automotive sector and related industries.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.Review and conduct market studies to identify trends, customer needs, and changes in demand, proposing commercial strategies to adapt to market conditions.Prepare product and project quotations, considering production costs, delivery times, and profit margins, using the SAP ERP system to optimize the accuracy and speed of offers.Follow up with clients and monitor sales KPIs, reporting progress and taking corrective actions to ensure goal achievement.Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure that products are delivered on time and according to established specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with Quality and Safety procedures and policies under ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and IATF 16949 standards, contributing to internal and external audits.Manage the customer portfolio in SAP, including data updates, sales forecasts, and order management, optimizing client-company relationships through automated and efficient processes.Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to improve performance, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and customer orientation.Collaborate in the development of marketing and communication strategies to support sales efforts and position the company as a leader in the automotive market
