Company DescriptionOur client, a US based company in the Biopharmaceutical sector is looking for a Sales Manager with a very good level of English based out of Mexico (**Tijuana**).**Job Description**:Dimensions:Main responsibilities include managing a diverse customer base using strong selling and negotiation skills. Expand customer sales within the assigned accounts. Effectively leverage support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company business strategy.Some of the responsibilities include:- Manages a diverse customer base across various cultures and industries- Drives best practices across diverse departments and decision makers through a deep understanding of customers' needs, effectively leveraging global internal resources and initiatives- Hires, trains and supervises all sales reps- Prepares sales and gross margin forecasts for their territory and analyzes and monitors sales data for the region, providing timely feedback to Finance and Management of monthly results and corrective actions- Prospects and establishes new opportunities by managing a sales pipeline as well as developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating the company's value proposition- Successfully interacts with internal departments to drive customer satisfaction, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service and Marketing**Qualifications**:Required Experience:- College Degree or equivalent experience required- 3-5 years sales experience preferred in a managerial / supervisory position- Industry experience preferred- Business to Business sales experience preferred- Experience working with CRM's- Negotiation, time management and organization skills- Coaching and problem-solving skills- Works in an office or home office environment with extensive regional travel to customer locationsAdditional Information- **Advanced/bilingual level of English**- ** Involves some travel to LATAM countries (at customer´s facilities)
