.Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading the Power and Water Solutions (PWS) business in Mexico, focusing on customer engagement, sales management, and strategic growth initiatives.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Build, develop and manage all PWS business (KOB1/2/3).Be the Account Manager for CFE through direct customer engagement: Special Assignment.Lead the pursuit of PWS KOB1&2 projects in Private Power Generation Companies and Industrial Power.Build, develop and manage the Mexico PWS sales team to grow the Power and Water business in Mexico, including coaching and supporting KOB3 BDM and Sales Engineers.Implement growth strategies and initiatives according to market conditions to diversify account coverage and improve PWS profit.Develop yearly plans to meet business commitments amid market volatility in Mexico.Ensure clear communication of Action Plan Progress, Orders Forecasts, and Risk Assessments to local Emerson Mexico management and the U.S. based Director of Latin America Sales.Organize Quarterly Business Reviews with the extended team.Define and lead marketing efforts for PWS and events participation.Implement strategies for success on pursuits and lead the DoA process.Implement competitive displacement strategies and account plans for key accounts, especially CFE.Coach and train the Mexico PWS sales team on the latest technology and products to create custom solutions for customers.Maintain a disciplined sales approach with PWS Funnel in CRM.Manage the complexity of a multi-site/matrixed organization while driving metrics for efficiency and consistency.Be an active part of the Mexico SYSS Leadership team.Understand Emerson Installed Base of Ovation and relevant technology in Mexico.Understand PWS Service Portfolio and convey its value to customers.Sustain and increase customer adoption of support services for all Emerson PWS Solutions.Plan Annual KOB3 Goals and Target Sites/Accounts timely.Deliver forecasts of orders for POR purposes and BU planning.Work with Local SYSS Business Leader/Director to assign Annual Budgets to Emerson and Representative Sales Forces.Protect PWS Services, Hardware, and Parts Prices to avoid margin erosion.Work with regional/local sales teams to understand customer maintenance budgets and investment drivers.Train and coach the sales force to explain and sell the value of Emerson/SYSS/PWS Services & Solutions.Act as a liaison between the SYSS Business Unit and the sales force for appropriate sales support.Collaborate with Regional SYSS PWS LCS KOB3 Business Development Manager on growth initiatives.Regularly travel within the country/region to support customers and close orders.Follow up with the Regional Sales Force and establish a Sales Review cadence.Lead Quarterly Business Reviews.Ensure a strong focus on the pursuit of KOB1&2 opportunities.Report to senior management on the execution of sales plans and project statuses
