Some administrative duties are connected to this part of the job as:Ensuring all documentation necessary for the company's operation is regularly validated.Ensure the proper management of contracts with suppliers/partners in the shared areas regarding relationship and compliance.Ensure, together with HR, an internally and externally balanced structure for managing salaries, benefits, recruitment, payroll, bonuses, and training to guarantee the hiring and retention of talent
