A leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager LATAM - Hunter to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Latin America region.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential clients in the Latin America regionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makersConduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunitiesPresent and demonstrate our products and services to potential clientsNegotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targetsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategiesMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growthMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven experience in sales, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industryStrong knowledge of the Latin America market and business cultureExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesGoal-oriented and self-motivatedFluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
